Every year we fit hundreds of customised decks onto light commercials for dealerships, farmers, commercial companies, landscapers and private owners. Over the years we have built a very happy client base that return to us over and over due to the quality of our products and their ability to talk directly with the manufacturer, who then fabricates to their specifications and requirements.
It’s not often I’m compelled to write either to or on behalf of someone that has done a job or service for myself either personally or for the business I own, but after my dealings with Pat and the other staff at North Harbour Ute Decks Ltd, I felt a few words of thanks were in order.
I had decided that my SR5 Hilux needed the well side removed and a flat deck installed. I made numerous enquiries across Auckland to try and get ideas on price and turnaround time. To be honest I was stunned to find that the average turnaround was 3 weeks and that no one I spoke to seemed to realise that a 3 week turnaround was, in my eyes and I would expect the eyes of many, ridiculous as I would be driving a ute without a tray on it.
Then I spoke to Pat – the very next day I was in his workshop dropping off my ute. Pat explained that although sometimes he needs to make up the decks to fit, he usually carries a stock of the standard ones that fit on the more popular models such as mine. The long and the short of it was that I was driving my ute with its new flat deck only 48 hours after dropping it to Pat. The service, friendliness of him and his team was second to none – he explained what was involved, he stuck to his costing and the quality is right up there.
So Pat, a very big thank you and I will be recommending you to everyone I can. Your professionalism, standard of work, price, product and turnaround, are second to none.
